Government Announces New Statutory Pay Rates for Maternity, Paternity, Shared Parental Leave, Adoption and Sickness

Rate Change: The Government has published the statutory rates for maternity pay, paternity pay, shared parental pay, adoption pay and sick pay, which will take effect from April 2018. Statutory maternity pay, paternity pay, shared parental pay and adoption pay will increase from £140.98 to £145.18. Statutory sick pay will increase from £89.35 to £92.05.
