Scottish Court Ruling Confirms Limits of Jurisdiction to Wind up Companies

UK Ruling: A recent Scottish Court of Session ruling confirms that it does not have jurisdiction to wind up or make an administration order in respect of a company incorporated in England and Wales, even if its central business and operations are based in Scotland.
