Barclays Bank Facing Landmark Mis-selling Claim Brought by Small Business Owner

Legal Challenges: Barclays Bank is facing a landmark court case brought by a small business owner who claims the bank “took advantage” of him to mis-sell complex derivatives products. It is believed to be the first such case brought by a private individual to make it all the way to trial.
