Government Consults on Smoke and Carbon Monoxide Alarm Regulations

Regulator Consultation: The Department for Communities and Local Government is inviting views from all interested parties on the effectiveness of the Smoke and Carbon Monoxide Alarm (England) Regulations 2015. The regulations require private landlords to install a carbon monoxide alarm in any room used as living accommodation where solid fuel is used.
