HM Treasury Consults on Cheque Image Clearing System Legislation

Response Deadline: 1st December 2017
Law Consultation: HM Treasury is inviting views from all interested parties on legislation to support the introduction of the Image Clearing System for cheques. The legislation would allow businesses and consumers who make payments by cheque to obtain a free copy of that cheque from their bank.
