Government Introduces Tenant Fees Bill

Industry Regulation: The government has introduced new legislation which will ban letting agent fees for tenants to Parliament. The Tenant Fees Bill will also introduce a lead enforcement authority in the lettings sector and cap security deposits at six weeks’ rent.
