Government Amends Electronic Communications Code Regulations

Industry Regulation: The government has tabled amendments to the Electronic Communications Code regulations which aim to reduce the costs of housing phone masts and other communications infrastructure on private land. Under the reforms, it will be easier for telecoms operators and landowners to resolve legal disputes.
