Government Consults on Cash Retention Under Construction Contracts

Regulator Consultation: The government is inviting views from all interested parties on the practice of cash retention under construction contracts, whereby money can be held for extended periods after the project has been completed, to determine whether it is a barrier to investment, productivity improvements and growth.
