Government Consults on New Rules for Bioliquids, Wastes and Residues

Law Consultation: The Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy is inviting views from all interested parties, including biomass energy developers and biomass feedstock suppliers, on implementing the EU’s new sustainability requirements for bioliquids, waste and residues used for electricity generation under the UK’s Renewables Obligations.
