Wales Introduces Legislation to Set Minimum Price for Alcohol

Industry Regulation: New legislation which will empower Welsh ministers to set a minimum price for the sale and supply of alcohol has been introduced into the National Assembly. The Bill also proposes powers of entry and inspection for authorised officers of local authorities and the introduction of an offence of obstructing an authorised officer.
