Welsh Government Consults on New Rules to Ensure Properties are fit for Human Habitation

Law Consultation: The Welsh government is inviting views from all interested parties on new regulations which will require landlords to ensure their properties are fit for human habitation. The regulations will require landlords to fit working smoke alarms and carbon monoxide alarms, as well as requiring electrical safety testing every five years.
