Government Consults on Measures to Crack Down on Holiday Sickness Claims

Law Consultation: The Ministry of Justice is inviting views from travel industry bosses and other interested parties on measures to tackle the apparent rise in holiday sickness claims. The proposals include extending fixed recoverable costs to low value personal injury claims arising from package holidays.
