Government Publishes New Guidance on Minimum Level of Energy Efficiency Standard

Industry Guidance: The Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy has published new guidance for landlords of privately rented domestic and non-domestic property on how to comply with the 2018 ‘Minimum Level of Energy Efficiency’ standard. The standard will take effect from April 2018 for privately rented domestic and non-domestic properties.
