Home Office Updates Guidance on the Modern Slavery Act

Legal Guide: The Home Office has amended the language in its guidance on the Modern Slavery Act 2015 to help companies to comply with the requirement to produce a statement setting out their efforts to comply with the 'Transparency in Supply Chains' provision of the legislation. The move came after recent research revealed that 34% of supply chain managers required to produce a statement had not done so.
