Changes to the Law on Unjustified Threats of Intellectual Property Infringement in Force

New: The Intellectual Property (Unjustified Threats) Act 2017 came into force on 1 October 2017. The Act will help businesses negotiate fairly over intellectual property disputes, while providing protection from unjustified threats. The Act will also provide clarity about what can and cannot be said when approaching another business about an alleged infringement.
