Government Extends Suspension of Minimum Wage Enforcement in the Social Care Sector

Amnesty Deadline: The government has extended the suspension of minimum wage enforcement activity with regard to sleep-in shifts in the social care sector by one month. During the temporary hiatus, the government will develop a new enforcement scheme to encourage and support social care providers to identify back pay owed to their staff.
