Government Consults on Allowing Distribution Network Operators to Charge Fees to All Customers

Law Consultation: The Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy is inviting views from all interested stakeholders on a draft statutory instrument to allow distribution network operators, companies licensed to distribute electricity, to charge assessment fees to all customers, those requesting a connection, even where a connection offer was not accepted.
