Deadline for Companies to File Annual Accounts

Return Deadline: Companies whose financial year ended on 29 December 2016 must file their annual accounts with Companies House by 30 September 2017. Private limited companies that file their accounts late face penalties of up to £1,500. Public limited companies can be hit with penalties of up to £7,500.
