Government Introduces Data Protection Bill to Parliament

New: The UK's new Data Protection Bill has been laid before Parliament. The Bill sets out the scope of new powers for the Information Commissioner's Office, provided for by the General Data Protection Regulation, to conduct mandatory data protection audits of businesses.
