Northern Ireland Department of Health Consults on E-Cigarette Regulations

Regulator Consultation: Northern Ireland's Department of Health is inviting views from all interested parties on draft regulations to ban the sale of nicotine inhaling products, including e-cigarettes, to persons under the age of 18. The regulations will also make it an offence to buy such products on behalf of a person under the age of 18.
