Competition and Markets Authority Warns Creative Industries About Breaching Competition Law

Warning: The Competition and Markets Authority has published an open letter to businesses in the creative industries warning about the consequences of participating in cartel activity. The letter was published in light of a recent case where five model agencies and their trade association were fined over £1.5 million for colluding on the prices they charged for modelling services.
