EU Commission Consults on Dispute Resolution Framework for Investment Disputes

Regulator Consultation: The European Commission is inviting views from all citizens, businesses and other interested parties on whether there is a need for a framework for the prevention and amicable resolution of disputes between investors and public authorities within the single market. The consultation also seeks views on whether there is a need to enhance clarity about the rights of EU investors in the single market.
