Competition and Markets Authority Updates Guidance on Merger Investigations

Competition Law Guide: The Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) has amended its guidance for companies which are participating in a merger and their legal advisers. The guidance includes updated guidance notes on the CMA's use of initial enforcement orders and its mergers intelligence functions, as well as updates to the merger notice form and accompanying notes.
