Gambling Commission Consults on Proposed Changes to Money Laundering Guidance

Regulator Consultation: The Gambling Commission is inviting views from remote and non-remote casino operators on proposed changes to its money laundering guidance to reflect provisions in the new Money Laundering Regulations. Under the regulations, the customer due diligence threshold is now determined by any transaction of €2,000 or more, whether it is a single transaction or several which appear to be linked.
