Welsh Government Consults on Changes to the Rules on Charging Fees to Private Rented Sector Tenants

Regulator Consultation: The Welsh government is inviting views from all interested parties on proposals to change the way fees are charged by letting agents, landlords and third parties to tenants in the private rented sector. The proposals include a possible ban on charging letting agent fees to tenants.
