Government Names and Shames Employers for Underpaying Their Workers

Government Policy: The Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy has published a list of 233 businesses who have failed to pay the National Minimum Wage and Living Wage. Employers on the list will have to pay around £2 million in back pay to their workers as well as £1.9 million in fines.
