Employment Tribunal Revives Discrimination Claim in Wake of Tribunal Fees Ruling

UK Ruling: An employment tribunal has decided that a discrimination claim which was thrown out as the claimant had failed to pay an issue fee should be revived. This is one of the first cases to be affected by the landmark Supreme Court ruling which found that employment tribunal fees are unlawful.
