Crackdown: The Ministry of Justice has announced plans to crack down on fake holiday sickness claims, which are driving up costs for the travel industry. Under the proposals, tour operators will pay a prescribed sum depending on the value of the claim in question. This will make the cost of defending a claim predictable.
