UK Government Updates Statutory Planning Guidance

Industry Guidance: The Department for Communities and Local Government has updated its statutory planning practice guidance to reflect a number of recently enacted changes to planning law. The changes include guidance on a new planning consent route known as permission in principle as well as additions to the self-build and custom housebuilding guidance.
