Supreme Court Rules on Contractor Liability for Repair Costs

UK Ruling: The Supreme Court has ruled that a firm which undertook the construction of an offshore wind farm should be liable for repair costs which arose soon after the project was completed. The court found that the 20-year warranty provided by the firm took precedence even though the contract contained conflicting terms.
