EU Patent Office Launches Programme with Malaysia and the Philippines

EU Policy: The European Patent Office has launched Patent Prosecution Highway pilot programmes with the patent offices of Malaysia and the Philippines to enable work-sharing and accelerated treatment of patent applications. This will run for three years starting from 1 July 2017.
