Consultation on Tackling Abuse of Leasehold Arrangements

Regulator Consultation: The Department for Communities and Local Government is inviting views from organisations and individuals on measures to tackle unfair and unreasonable abuses of leasehold arrangements. The measures include banning leaseholds for new-build houses, limiting ground rents and exempting leaseholders from possession orders due to arrears of ground rent.
