Acas Annual Report Shows Continued Demand for Conciliation Services

Industry Statistics: According to its annual report, Acas conciliated 744 national and regional collective disputes in a wide range of sectors in 2016/17 and helped to settle nine out of ten disputes. In addition, the individual dispute resolution service performed strongly with over 92,000 early conciliation notifications, of which just 17,500 progressed to a tribunal claim.
