Government Introduces Parental Bereavement Leave Regulation

New: Proposed new legislation which will allow employed parents who have lost a child to take statutory paid leave to grieve has been introduced to Parliament. Currently there is no legal requirement for employers to provide paid leave for bereaved parents.
