Consultation on Draft Legislation to Implement the Radio Equipment Directive

Law Consultation: The government is inviting views from all interested stakeholders on draft regulations to implement the EU Radio
Equipment Directive into UK law. The Directive aims to ensure that radio equipment placed on the market or put into service in the EU and the European Economic Area meets essential safety requirements and does not interfere with the radio spectrum.
