Regulations Protecting Workers' Rights Will Remain in Place after Brexit

New: The government has confirmed in the newly published European Union (Withdrawal) Bill that the Working Time Directive, TUPE and the General Data Protection Regulation will continue to apply after Brexit. It has also been confirmed that EU Court of Justice rulings made before Brexit will remain binding.
