Export Control Organisation Amends Export Control Order 2008

Export Controls: An Order has been issued which will make a small number of changes to the Export Control Order 2008 mainly reflecting amendments made to the EU Common Military List following an agreement to amend controls in the Wassenaar Arrangement. The Order will come into effect from 13 July 2017.
