Gambling Commission Sets Out Tougher Approach to Enforcement

Government Policy: The Gambling Commission has set out its new enforcement strategy and has confirmed that it will consider "the full range of enforcement tools" at its disposal where operators breach the rules. Operators that breach their regulatory duties should not expect to be able to settle those cases in future.
