EU Rules on Portability of Online Content Services Set to Take Effect in 2018

Industry Regulation: New legislation which will require online content service providers to ensure that they make their services available to paid subscribers when those subscribers are temporarily present in another member state came into force on 4 July 2017. The rules will apply from 20 March 2018.
