Major Government Suppliers Sign up to Prompt Payment Code

Government Policy: The government has announced that 32 of its biggest suppliers have signed up to the Prompt Payment Code, which will help to ensure that small businesses will be paid on time. The signatories have committed to pay 95% of invoices within 60 days and to work towards adopting 30 days as the norm.
