Scottish Partnerships Subject to New People with Significant Control Requirements

New: Scottish limited partnerships must identify people with significant control (PSC) from 26 June 2017 and send this information to Companies House within 14 days from 24 July 2017. General Scottish partnerships, where all the partners are corporate bodies, must identify PSC from 26 June 2017 and register this information from 24 July 2017.
