Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) Updates Guidance on Subject Access Requests

Best Practice Guide: The ICO has issued a revised code of practice on subject access requests. According to the code, organisations that allow the storage of data about employees, customers or contacts on personal devices may be required to compel staff to search those devices for that information in order to comply with UK data protection laws.
