UK Visas and Immigration Overhauls Customer Enquiry Service
Start Date: 1st June 2017
Online Services: From 1 June 2017, a number of changes will be made to UK Visas and Immigration's (UKVI's) customer enquiry service. All phone numbers and service opening hours will change. In addition, customers who contact UKVI via email will be charged.
