A Quarter of Employers Froze or Cut Pay to Fund National Living Wage

Industry Statistics: Almost a quarter of businesses froze or reduced pay for some workers in order to adapt to the National Living Wage (NLW), according to a new survey from XpertHR. Many also reported that the NLW had impacted pay structures, with more than half finding that pay differentials had been squeezed.
