New Law on Unjustified IP Threats Receives Royal Assent
Payment Deadline: 27th April 2017
New: The Intellectual Property (Unjustified Threats) Act 2017 received Royal Assent on 27 April 2017. Under the bill, businesses unjustifiably accused of intellectual property rights infringements could be eligible to claim damages from rights holders.
