Consultation on Changes to Fee for Intervention Disputes Process

Regulator Consultation: The Health and Safety Executive (HSE) is inviting views from businesses on a revised and fully independent process for considering disputes in relation to the fee for intervention (FFI) scheme. FFI allows HSE to recover regulatory costs from those found to be in material breach of health and safety law.
