Government Delays Probate Fee Legislation

New: The UK government has delayed plans to replace the current £215 probate fee with a tiered fee structure, which would have driven up costs for higher value estates. The delay is being caused by insufficient time for the relevant legislation to go through Parliament before the snap General Election on 8 June 2017.
