Consultation on Changes to Patent Fee Structure

IP Consultation: The Intellectual Property Office is inviting views from all interested parties on four proposed changes to pre-grant patent application fees. The consultation includes an alternative proposal to amend both pre-grant fees and post-grant renewal fees.
