Supreme Court Rejects Plain Tobacco Packaging Appeal
Ruling Date: 12th April 2017
UK Ruling: The Supreme Court has refused permission to the tobacco industry to appeal against new laws requiring plain, standardised packaging for cigarettes. The rules will come into force from 20 May 2017 as scheduled.
