EU Product Liability Claims do not Require Scientific Proof

EU Ruling: EU consumers can bring a claim under the EU product liability directive alleging that a pharmaceutical product caused harm even if medical research does not establish a causal link between the product and the illness caused, according to the advocate general of the European Court of Justice.
